Goal execution continues toward an outcome. Monitoring repeats checks over time. They are separate capabilities.

Use the host tools actually available in the current session. Record a schedule only after receiving its identifier and next run. Without scheduling, continue the current mission within host limits and explain how to resume manually if future work remains. run-once does not create or renew schedules.

Local scheduled tasks need the machine/app running. Cloud work needs its own access to the skill, targets, and durable state. Do not silently change cadence or move execution to the cloud.

Claude /loop does not invoke skills marked disable-model-invocation: true. Installation support does not establish runtime compatibility; verify the chosen entrypoint.
